We tested three different gluten free pizza dough options.
One, Udi’s Pizza Dough, already made in the freezer section. It was pretty good so we skipped it for the video hoping that a scratch or box made dough would be better.
Two: Betty Crocker Gluten Free Pizza Dough
Three: Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Dough.
The best pizza’s are cooked in an oven with a hot floor or stone to cook the dough from the bottom up at the same time it cooks from the top down
