Surf and Ski Cams Live Now

Surf and Ski Cams are here at Beach Street News.  Why?  Because we really live at the beach and need to know what is happening just down the street before we sneak out of the office for a session or two. Work can wait an hour or two you know. We thought Patagonia had a great idea for office surf rules so we borrowed it.

Looking at the weather doesn’t tell you the whole story about what is really happening. Is it too crowded to surf? Are the slopes empty because everyone missed the dump alert? They say a picture is worth a thousand words. We like live video better.

So why ski cams? When it rains the junk that everyone tosses in the river washes down to our surf beach and the OC water quality people say it isn’t safe to surf. When that happens we ski.
