Get a new house and don’t move.
This wasn’t like a new kitchen where the rest of the house is the same. This was a different house. Every room felt different. The windows were replaced mid June and the first thing we noticed is we didn’t notice the A/C running.

The very first “free weekend” timeshare presentation we went to was the Sheraton in Puerta Vallarta. The room was such a pressure cooker for sales you could see the pool of sweat on the floor. The first night and day were great, then the breakfast. The food was ok, and this guy joins us like he is our best friend. Then he turns up the heat. How we got out I will never know. The truth is we liked the location, and the price wasn’t bad. I was flying more for the airlines back then so I really didn’t need any more time away from home.

For instance if you pick a 55 inch television it will be about 50 inches wide. That means you need to sit at 100 inches for normal television watching.

In one dealership there was a water leak dripping on the aluminum hood. As a guy who designs acoustically treated rooms, the sound of the water was music to my ears. The solid plump, plump, plump instead of ding, ding ding, let me know the aluminum had been treated with a sound deadener. If I am going to spend this kind of bank on the car, it can’t be louder than my cell phone call unless my foot is buried in the loud pedal.
