We tested several green drink mixes and have a favorite and a solid runner up.
Green Drinks for Health
We Put Green Drinks to the Test
Who doesn’t love a great life hack. Juice can be one of those great hacks but who has time for the mess. One doc pointed out that if you just drink the “juice”, you lose most of the good stuff.
Dr. Josh Snodgrass recommends that you use whole leafy greens and make your own “juice”. This isn’t to be confused with the famous diet that says “no juice” Doc Josh bends the whole vegetable so that it is thick like a smoothie and you don’t lose any of the fiber and other critical nutrients.
But when you don’t have time for that we found five solid back up mixes. Our day starts with cold brew and our favorite green drink goes to the beach in our Fan2Stage stainless insulated bottle.
Each of them packs a punch of dehydrated fruits and vegetables to help with your daily nutrition hack. Another great benefit is that all of these drink mixes are high in fiber. In fact, all of them had a higher fiber content than most of the nasty tasting “fiber” drinks we tested. None of the fiber drinks were good enough for us to talk about.
