The Power of Peak State Yoga

” Peak State Yoga has a mission to teach yoga while living in a community of people who share the same values. We help individuals live a passionate life that encourages healthy interaction with themselves, the world, and each other. We are dedicated to providing a non-competitive, fun way to connect with others who are motivated to transform their lives for the better.

“Peak State Yoga has been born out of a desire to bring a new perspective to the art of yoga. To stay current with what’s happening in the world of yoga while living our values. We feel strongly about teaching our students the art of yoga in an approach that is accessible, fun, and challenging. We feel it is important to teach students to live a life of awareness, compassion, and joy.”

Member Learn and Belong

“When you join Peak State Yoga you will be learning about the ancient science of Yoga breathing into the body. This is achieved through Purna Yoga breathing techniques. You will be trained in teaching others how to breathe, the benefits of meditation, how to relax, how to breathe deeply and slowly, how to visualize, and much more. All of this is combined into one experience of total mind-body fitness.”

“We have a very small class to teach, so it can’t hurt to invite as many friends and family as you can. The class is taught in a comfortable room, with carpeting, soft music, a large table for group discussions, and the classic yoga bar. All of these elements will make for a wonderful yoga experience for all those who are interested in joining.”

Peak State is a New State in Yoga

“The students are very excited about the opportunities that await them. They will meet others who have the same goals and interests, all with the same ultimate goal of becoming a Yoga teacher. Becoming a Yoga teacher is much more than just teaching a few select people, it is much more about connecting with your inner Self. Yoga is not a religion, it’s more of a way of life.” “You will meet others who share your passions, experiences, goals, and values. There will be colleagues and students alike that will help you realize your goals as well as those of your Yoga students.”

“We encourage our Yoga students to network with other Yoga teachers in the area and online. Networking is free and easy. Simply connect with other Yoga teachers by sending them a private message on our student website. Within 24 hours, the student will know who they should contact with any questions or comments. Additionally, we encourage our students to share their stories with other Yoga students online and in Yoga magazines.”
