They push the envelope of USB-C hub technology again with the introduction of HyperDrive GEN2. Hyperdrive GEN2 is the next generation of USB-C hub. It starts with double the video refresh speed, data transfer speed and power delivery of current USB-C hubs available in the market.

Unlike the current market options for a USB-C Hub, HyperDrive GEN2 is capable of much more. Specs include 4K60Hz HDR video output, 10Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2, 300MB/s UHS-II MicroSD/SD 4.0 and 100W USB-C power delivery. HyperDrive GEN2 launched with 3 different models offering 6 port, 12 port, or 18 port configurations.

HYPER is launching HyperDrive GEN2 via a Kickstarter campaign which starts today (February 3rd, 2020 at 8 AM PST) and ends on March 2nd, 2020. Kickstarter Early Bird Backers will get the HyperDrive GEN2 for 50% off MSRP. HyperDrive GEN2 is expected to start shipping in March 2020 upon successful Kickstarter funding.
